Our Systematic Approach makes us unique
In order to meet customers expectations, we go through the following customer centered approach throughout the CCTV installation project
1. Initial Meetup
We initially meet the customer in order to understand the objective he/she intends to achieve with the CCTV system, as well as the budget set. We then recommend a suitable CCTV system based on requirements specified
2. SITE SURVEY
A team of our technicians visit the physical location where the system is to be installed to ascertain the following key areas;
- Identify areas to be monitored and determine required camera specifications like long range or short range cameras, indoor or outdoor cameras .
- Mark camera positions, cabling requirements, and control room for DVR and CCTV monitor
3. quotation and budget
After understanding the specifications of the CCTV surveillance system components and their quantities, a quotation is drafted, and once both parties ( Ifyca Technologies and the client) agree on working terms and conditions of the contract, required equipment is procured.
4. System Installation, Training and Maintenance
At this point, actual installation of the CCTV surveillance system begins by our qualified CCTV installation technicians . Once the installation is done, our technicians carryout basic training of the CCTV system operation.
